Working principle

● Low-pressure startup stage: When the system pressure is low, the operation mode of the solenoid valve is similar to that of a direct-acting solenoid valve. After being energized, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force, which directly acts on the valve core, overcoming the spring force and the medium pressure, causing the valve core to move upwards and opening the valve, allowing the medium to flow.

● High-pressure operation stage: When the system pressure increases, the solenoid valve operates using the pilot principle. The electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, creating a pressure between the upper and lower chambers . Under the difference pressure, the main valve core is pushed, so make the valve to open. When the power is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the valve core is re-start by the spring force and the medium pressure, close the valve.
