Working principle
● Low-pressure startup stage: When the system pressure is low, the operation mode of the solenoid valve is similar to that of a direct-acting solenoid valve. After being energized, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force, which directly acts on the valve core, overcoming the spring force and the medium pressure, causing the valve core to move upwards and opening the valve, allowing the medium to flow.
● High-pressure operation stage: When the system pressure increases, the solenoid valve operates using the pilot principle. The electromagnetic force first opens the pilot hole, creating a pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the main valve. Under the effect of this pressure difference, the main valve core is pushed, thereby enabling the valve to open. When the power is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the valve core is reset by the spring force and the medium pressure, closing the valve.
